Certified Home Health Aides
In conjunction with Skilled Nursing and Therapy services, our trained and certified Home Health Aides are here to support you by providing personal care services involving proper hygiene, ambulation, and physical assistance to meet your needs. They are committed to safely promoting quality and healthy continuity of your care.
Responsibilities of the Home Health Aide include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with personal care (Bathing, grooming, and skin care, etc.)
- Meal planning and preparation
- Assistance in feeding the patient, if necessary
- Assist with written exercise program and/or range of motion exercises
